You have full access to our entire house, our property, and dock. Please let us know if you plan to rent a Pontoon Boat so we can refer you to our premier partner, DV Rentals LKA!
Wine Tours: Discounted hourly rate for our guests with our partner, Monticello Wine Tour & Coach Company. Just let us know if you are interested and we will make the introduction!

- All Guests shall abide by the Good Neighbor Policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.
- Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM.
- Enjoy Free Parking for up to 5 Vehicles. (No Parking or Driving on Grass)
- No Smoking.
- No Events Allowed without specific prior approval.
- No pets allowed.
**Guest Requirements:**
In compliance with local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years old to book, and those under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the reservation.
Important: Before check-in, the primary guest must complete our Guest Verification process. This helps us comply with short-term rental regulations and provides added protection for guests and the property.
After booking, you will receive a secure link to complete verification. Please complete it prior to arrival to ensure a smooth, quick check-in.
Damage protection is required for every reservation, regardless of where you booked. During verification, you will choose one of the following options:
- $20 per night non-refundable damage waiver (recommended): no security hold and a simpler, faster process.
- $3,000 refundable security deposit: requires a hold on a card and may take several business days to release after check-out, subject to any damage charges.

We use keyless entry smart door locks and give you space but are available if you have any questions or need anything.

Great condition and amenities for a fall weekend at the lake! The house had so many things for kids to do and it was very well-stocked!

Overall, the house was great. Plenty of room for a family of 5. But, three things I disliked about the property:- Upstairs bathroom shower caused leaking in master bedroom on main floor by kitchen. We ended up using bowls to catch the water and no response from owners. We ended up not using the shower for the remaining two days to prevent leaking.- Master bedroom was just two twin beds pushed together, not a Queen or King bed which sucks for couples that have to battle the mattress 'divide' while sleeping. Cheap.- Grill is absolute garbage...only 1 of 3 burners working. Took three times longer to cook anything. Cheap, cheap grill for a great house. Get a 1-2k grill to match the house, something stainless steel, not a 300 crappy Weber.
