Enjoy this beautifully furnished, professionally cleaned, fully stocked new condo. There are Roku TV's in the living area and both bedrooms with complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen has everything you need to make meals for your group. There is also a dining area that overlooks downtown Carolina Beach in the main living area, perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. Come ready to enjoy your vacation with all bedding, sheets, and towels included.
Guests have access to in-unit washer/dryer, one space in a private parking lot for the duration of their stay and elevator access from the ground floor to the condo.
Contact-less check in. To make your stay more enjoyable, the house is secured with a keypad lock. No worrying about who has the key!

This place was in the perfect location! I didn’t have to move my truck once because we could walk everywhere we needed to go. The condo was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. We had a small snafu with the AC, but the owner got right on it and had someone out there to get it resolved immediately. They were available to answer all of my questions in a timely manner which was a super big ! There is a coffee bar downstairs as well as a burger bar which was a huge PLUS! We were lucky enough to book in season and were able to get the beach chairs & umbrella set up, everyday! I would definitely recommend SHORE THING and we hope to be back real soon! Thanks for providing us such an awesome place to stay!

Great location, responsive owner, great layout for adults traveling together with an expectation of privacy. The window shades provide so much sunlight during the day with awesome views, but do not provide much coverage from outdoor lights during the nighttime. And beware of the noise that comes with the location across from the boardwalk. Apparently lots of cars like to come through revving their engines at night… at least this weekend there were.

We stayed here March 12–14 and had an absolutely amazing time. From the moment we walked in, the ocean view took our breath away. Waking up to the sound of the waves and watching the boardwalk come alive each morning felt like a true getaway.The location couldn’t be better: steps from the boardwalk, close to great food, and perfectly positioned for the weekly fireworks, which we enjoyed right from the property. It honestly felt magical.The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described—if not better. You can tell the owners put real care into making sure guests feel welcome and at home.We had a wonderful stay and would absolutely book again. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a beautiful, stress‑free beach escape with unbeatable views.
