- Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
-Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Overall, a really comfortable stay in an apartment that is accurate to the listing. A few pluses included additional amenities, access to washer and dryer, nearby metro station, and a very clean unit.

Location was good. Property was very clean and appointed well. I hate to say anything negative but would like to have known this ahead of time. The mattress was very very soft so I ended up sleeping on the couch, The couch was very hard.

The unit was clean and super cute. The location was excellent. The only problem was that the a/c was not working and after several requests to property manager there was no success in getting it fixed. We did not sleep well because of the temperature, but really loved the unit.
