- Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.
- Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

There was an issue with the toilet, and we called it in several times, but no one showed to fix it. I was concerned due the constant running of water through the toilet tank that wouldn't shut off after you flushed, so there was a wasted water and constant toilet noise. Additionally, some of the light bulbs were blown and need replaced. Also, the shower-liner for the tub should have been change, as it was pretty dirty. Other than that, we had a really nice stay.

They integration between VRBO and the Host was not ideal. Though I indicated I wanted parking on the original request it appears the whole process is so automated nobody managed that. I got it taken care of after making an additional call. No checkout instructions came so I had to make a call to find out what was needed. Minor repair issues but nothing that couldn't be managed. On the upside, very convenient to metro, friendly and helpful front desk, place was clean and the pictures matched what we got. Easy access to restaurants if needed but we cooked in mostly and the cooking supplies were good for what we were doing.

This property is so conveniently located you won't need a car. Ballston is a great walkable neighborhood with lots of international cuisine, it's easy to metro into DC (or wherever) from here but there is also great shopping just blocks away. The apartment is light-filled and has all the basics.
