Please note that signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in. Guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed.
- Noise Policy: To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management.
- Parking: Please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles.
- Pool: Not available for this season, we'd appreciate your compression.
- Supplies: We provide a starter kit of supplies. Please note that bath towels and washcloths are not provided.
- The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations. Heating runs from October 13 to May 1, while air conditioning is available from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.

Beautiful condo. Lovely view. The neighborhood is fun. It is short walk to the METRO.

Pics were accurate. Mattresses, couch, and shower pressure great.
Communication was frustrating as VBRO booking agent, WeHost emails for garage permit. Lots of emails with WeHost - ask for number to contact a live person, not AI with email.
This unit served our purpose for visiting the Smithsonian museums. The unit needs some TLC care with broken tiles, chipped vanities, stained MBroom carpet, and cabinet facing peeling.
I would have given this unit a 5 star; but, the owner of the unit needs to give a higher priority to these details. I sent WeHost pictures to pass onto the owner.
With all that said, the unit was exceptionally clean.
