Built in 1961, this 2 bedroom, 2 bath will make your Rat-Pack dreams come true.

Over 1,000 square feet of shadow brick, low beamed ceilings and floor to ceiling glass.

Modern stainless appliances, and smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room.

Living room TV is equipped with a DVD player and high speed internet. (There is a stash of DVD's in the second bedroom)
Each TV is a smart tv with apps, or load your own.
We do not have cable TV. You can watch local channels for free on a smart TV using NewsON, Local Now, The Roku Channel, or Zeam

There are three amazing private outdoor areas that will suite almost every whim:

Partly covered outdoor eating area off the living room with casual lounging.

The dining room sliding glass door opens to yet another outdoor eating area that can double as computer work area.
This area has a private cactus garden.

The third outdoor area is partly covered and features a chair and table for reading or enjoying the mountain views.

Laundry is located off the main bath and master bedroom.

Walk to almost everything. Supermarkets, Starbucks, Thrift Stores, and all of the high-end shops on El Paseo.

My hubby and I loved our stay. We were immediately impressed by how clean the unit was. The aesthetic has a cool retro mid-century vibe, uncluttered and tasteful. The beds are very comfortable. We basked in tranquility and peacefulness. The unit is a little funky being built in the late 50’s. Example, the shower in the main bedroom is quite small, sort of a triangle. It is original to William Krisel’s design. The second shower offers a bit more room. Both are functional. Newer washer and dryer were welcome amenities. Located just outside the door on the patio made them easy to access. Entry was a breeze, parking is close and spaces were always available. The unit is within easy walking to good restaurants, shopping, markets and El Paseo.The unit could use a little updating, but this didn’t hinder me from giving it a 5 star review. The owner was wonderful to work with. We had no problems with the unit, he just checked in to make sure all was OK.Many thanks, Blair! We hope to rent from you again.

We have booked this place because it's short walking distance to El Paseo. However we found this location very nice better say superb. You have 2 bed rooms, 2 bath rooms, living room and a kitchen. 3 TV's in all roooms with many applications, Netflix & co. Terrace is big and pool is in walking distance (1 min walking), actually you can see from the terrace. We sat there every morning had a orange juice and watched the humming birds. There is everything you need for a short or long stay. Quiet place and perfectly located. Site owner is very helpful and friendly and will answer all your questions.

Fourth time staying at this property. So glad it's back on the market after a long hiatus very cool place. Mid century modern, fully equipped kitchen cable TV and living room flat screens in both bedrooms and private outdoor areas that are fantastic for lounging or working. Everything is within walking distance shops, hiking trails,restaurants, groceries art galleries and more. Pool and hot tub. Very secure. Owner very responsive and friendly. Will be back soon! Love this place!
