This Sunny South Palm Desert Villa boasts two large bedrooms, 2 baths, and comes complete with brand new furnishings and top-of-the-line appliances. Your Retreat is located in South Palm Desert, right in the heart of the Coachella Valley in Southern California. In the Winter, you can expect the best climate in the United States, and in the Summer, you'd not be the first to be charmed by the heat!
Our Villa is a single story condominium newly remastered with a focus on long-term stay. Our goal wasn’t a weekend away, but a high end retreat for you to breathe deep and recharge for as long as you need. The villa has all new flooring, Jenn-Air Stainless Steel Appliances and brand new furnishings in the living room, bedrooms and bathrooms. You'll also have a beautiful patio with a brand-new gas BBQ grill, patio furniture, & easy access to the pool & spa.
If your needs include working during your stay, our place comes with a dedicated workspace with high-speed internet access. In addition to the Pool/Spa, the complex boasts a large recreation area ideal for enjoying bocce, frisbee or just good old-fashioned catch and safe space for children to play. In addition to the view of the pool, you have a perfect view of the beautiful San Jacinto Mountains.
If you are interested in outdoor activities, Joshua Tree National Park, Anza-Borrego State Park, and Santa Rosa - San Jacinto Mountains National Monument offer stunning views and some of the best hiking trails for all skill levels in the Southwest. If you are visiting during the spring, be sure to check out the stunning annual wildflower bloom in Anza-Borrego, where the desert is literally carpeted with thousands and thousands of flowers ranging from dark red & violet, to vibrant oranges, & yellows. If you want to escape to cooler temperatures, be sure to check out the Palm Springs Aerial Tramway which will take you to the top of Mt. San Jacinto, the 6th most prominent mountain in the United States. If your feeling lucky, Agua Caliente is a Vegas style Hotel & Casino offering everything from Poker, to Slots, to BlackJack & Craps..just 15 short minutes away.

My husband and I stayed at this property during March 2023 and recommend it highly.
It is an excellent location – very close to El Paseo and some of our favourite hiking trails. The property is quiet (despite the proximity of Highway 74) and we always felt safe. The unit has been fully renovated, is beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, and every detail, convenience and amenity has been considered. It rates as one of the most fully outfitted properties we have seen, with everything you could possibly require during your stay. All kitchen / laundry room appliances and bathroom fixtures are high-end. Kitchen cook/bakeware is top quality. We loved the sunny patio area, which always offers some shade throughout the day. Even though it overlooks the shared pool and hot tub, it was quiet and felt very private.
We cannot say enough about the hosts, Steven and Lolo. From our first contact it was clear they genuinely wanted to make our stay a great experience and we sincerely thank them for their thoughtfulness and hospitality. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Loved our 3 month stay at the desert villa. The place was wonderfully appointed and tastefully decorated. It was great being able to walk to El Paseo. The owners were very responsive with any requests or issues.
