Mid-Century chic! 2BR, 2BA condo with gorgeous combination of modern renovations and vintage features-clerestory windows, tongue and groove ceilings throughout as well as high ceilings in living and kitchen areas. Light abounds for all aspects of units with solar tubes throughout. Kitchen is fully renovated with Viking appliances, granite countertops and large picture window with stunning mountain views. Unit includes tiing in ain living and brand new carpeting in bedrooms Primary bedroom has walk in closet - bathrooms are fully updated with tiled walls and countertops. Private patio (off Master) and poolside patio (off living room) combine to feature fully enclosed patio with mature hedges. Plenty of space to enjoy those perfect desert evenings. Conveniently located within minutes of dining and shopping on El Paseo.

We loved this property ! The location could not be better, surrounded by the beautiful mountains for hiking and just a block away from the shops, restaurants and art galleries on famous El Paseo. After a day out exploring, it was wonderful to come back and relax around the communal pool and barbecue area. Without a doubt, the beds were the most comfortable we’ve ever slept on !! We will definitely stay at Casa de Palmas again.
