It also includes a TV. Fully stocked and updated kitchen is ready for your best chef. Large back patio faces the 4th tee on the South Omni Rancho Las Palmas Golf Course. Modern and comfortable furniture can be enjoyed while grilling on the Trager grill provided. As a bonus, you can use the two-car garage with opener! If you're not familiar with the community of Rancho Las Palmas, it has 26 pools and spas, tennis courts, pickleball, golf course, clubhouse with dining and snack bar. We had wonderful time. The condo is great with lovely grounds and very peaceful. Beautiful mountain views, pool and hot tub and close to everything. The host Kim is very nice and accommodating. John and Karen

Rancho Las Palmas is a beautiful community. It is very well kept and quiet. We were able to go for long walks within the community and usually had the pool to ourselves. We loved how close we were to shopping and activities. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Having a garage to park our vehicle in was a real bonus.

Kim was very responsive when we asked her questions which we appreciated. We also really liked having the golf cart to use.

Property could use some TLC. We were staying a month and there were no cleaning supplies. Kitchen could be better equipped and we could not relax on back deck because no protection from golf balls. There were a number of things that need repair. It has a lot of potential for long term renters just needs some attention.
