Remodeled Golf Course Townhome in RLP Resort & CC Sleeps 6

Had a great time.

We are so happy that we found this rental and that it was available for our month long stay in October. The owner was so helpful and always available if we had any questions. The condo was clean and comfortable. You can tell that it has been newly renovated and was tastefully decorated. The back patio gave us a beautiful view of the fairway. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Other people would often give a smile and a wave as we went for our daily walks around the complex.

We found activities for all in this lovely setting, including clubhouse dining and snack bar for quick treats - both with sunny patios viewing golf course and tennis courts. Shops and restaurants also close by in the River mall and other Rancho Mirage shopping areas.

The home is lovely and well appointed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were very comfortable. Almost all of the home is newly renovated. The master has a gorgeous curb-less walk-in shower. The new tile floors throughout the home are contemporary. The view to the to the golf course is wonderful. We watched numerous golfers play the hole in the back of the property. We used two of the pools very near the home and they were both clean and warm. All the residents were friendly and kind. The kitchen was well stocked. The host is VERY accommodating. We would definitely advise others to rent this property.
