The location was perfect for my stay. I liked the digital handle locks good security
The bed was very lumpy, very noisy people in the next room ,no plug in bathroom sink could have done with more space for clothes to hang up nice touch with tea and coffee but very little milk

I liked the location and the no frills plan could have been fine, but the basics were not covered. Belfast's peculiar politics can make any location tricky, but I thought this one would suit most people, especially due to its centrality and neutrality.
I don't mind getting no breakfast but prefer a kitchen to be available, if only for drinking water and fridge. Only one toilet really isn't enough, but all would have been OK if security was better, and as promised, and if some staff was sometime available. All of that would have been forgiven had the bedding been convincingly cleaned. Forget Febreeze.

Cheap small room near the centre. Comfy bed. Had fridge and tea making which was handy. Heads up The bathroom light is behind the shower curtain. The door code goes on the door handle which lights up. Stick something in the room door if you go to loo as you will get locked out otherwise!!! Great for a one night stay
Couldn't access the shower as too high for me to climb into. I'm not disabled but have two knee replacements. Front step is also high.
