cozy and secure stay with all the fascilities I'd need in a well linked and fun area

Loved the rooms, so comfy and cozy. Plenty of space to leave my stuff and hang my clothes for my trip. Very very pretty place, lots of decorations round the house making it feel very homey. Great back garden as well, small but when the sun shone through it was great :) Location is great! Loved the bullhorn bar and the candle shop nearby. Will definitely be staying again

Had a bit of trouble understanding how to get in with the codes first time, but afterwards I didn't have an issue. Small thing, please get a new iron. Or wash the current one because it's clear someone burnt something with it and it almost wrecked my shirt. I gave it a scrub but I fear if that shirt was white it could've gotten ruined. Everything else was the best though!

Budget stay with thin walls and limited communication.

I stayed at Connswater Townhouse during a recent trip to Belfast. For £40 per night, the accommodation offers good value if you’re simply looking for a basic place to stay. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and straightforward.

The rooms are quite small which is expected for the price but the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to hear sounds from neighbouring rooms and even from the shared bathroom. The water pressure was also quite low, and the creaky stairs added to the overall noise level in the property. Sharing the toilet with three other guests wasn’t ideal. One area of concern was communication. There’s no direct way to contact the owner except through the doorbell system. On one occasion, my door code didn’t work, and when I reached out via the door ring, the owner seemed a bit curt during the exchange, questioning why I only provided my first name. It may have just been a bad day, but the interaction felt unnecessarily sharp.

So clean and comfortable and really did feel like a home away from home. Very female and solo traveller friendly, lots of privacy and it’s in a really nice spot with shops and restaurants easily within walking distance, and washing machine, really helpful! No dryer though, so allow time to air dry or bring a hairdryer

Only one toilet and shower (combined) between three rooms is difficult, lucky there were enough major issues when I stayed but I can see in the mornings especially how it could be inconvenient. The kitchen facilities are clean and great, but limited. While there is a full kitchen area, you are only able to use the microwave or kettle for cooking, not the oven or stovetop.

Absolutely disgusting place. Said they provide kitchen facilities but your not allowed to cook in it..only warm up food

The owner is a disgrace. My uncle booked this property for myself and my partner. Hadn't realised the booking said no children. My child was 1yrs old. The owner contacted me at 9.30pm and stated I would need to make arrangements for the following night as it's against her policy. So I arranged my child to stop at my uncle's the following night and I apologised for the inconvenience caused. Next day she rang me to say no she is kicking us all out and packed up my things and left them at the door. I could not believe she would touch my personal belongings. I have never been so poorly treated in my entire life and I do NOT recommend this women's property to anyone. She is vile, rude and to kick a young family out on bank holiday and have no where else to stay is beyond disgusting. Please don't not give this women a penny.

Would hesitate to stay again

Property was clean and good central location.

Only informed of entry code at last minute and no outside sign to show. Quite stressful. Staff not particularly sympathetic. Bedroom was very small and right on Bloomfield Avenue with heavy traffic noise until late. Shared bathroom luckily worked out ok, but not ideal.

La ubicación, hay aparcamiento en la puerta sin pagar, es un barrio super chulo y super tranquilo. La casa era preciosa, super acogedora,muy limpia y muy cuidada. Estuvimos super a gusto en ella. Como en casa.

No es que no me haya gustado, es simplemente una aclaración porque nosotros no lo habíamos entendido así. Pone que tiene cocina, que era uno de nuestros requisitos para hacer alguna comida en casa y no gastar tanto. Pero la vitroceramica no funciona, ósea hay un cartel que pone que no se puede cocinar. Solo funciona el horno, la tostadora y el microondas. Obviamente hay nevera y lavadora. Es decir, puedes cocinarte cosas prefabricadas que sean calentar y punto o bien cocinar en el horno. Nosotros hacíamos los desayunos en casa y después alguna cena nos compramos cosas para calentar. No pasa nada esta igualmente genial, pero está bien saberlo desde el inicio.
