The location was perfect for anyone who wants to be central to London as a tourist. It was amazingly quiet even with the streets being packed with people.
The air conditioners were great as long as you turn them on and expect them to work slowly, cooling off the room.
Having a washer/dryer in the apartment made the stay so much easier knowing we could clean up without having to go somewhere else.
Everything felt very secure with two digital door locks and our key to lock/unlock our room.
The bed was fantastic.
The door was slightly difficult to unlock, but that might just be us not understanding the mechanism. It became easier over time.
Ran out of coffee pods since the previous renters left us with only 5.

Good location and apartment is nice
Bit noisy, no water bottle provided.
Layout would be better if the bedroom is upstairs and the living room on the entrance.
Provide sleepers in the room would be beneficial.
