Amazing location- BUT very noisy at night! (ear plugs are provided)
It was much much smaller than anticipated- needed to use the futon which took all the space in the living room- so so noisy at night

Great location heart of west end and china town served by quite a few underground stations in easy walking distance. We had a small issue with hot water but the customer service was very good and kept us informed and sorted the issue out for us. The apartment is basic but comfy enough.
Stairs, if you struggle with stairs the apartment we were in was right at the top. Lots of stairs

Excellent location in the middle of what Soho has to offer yet pretty quiet Easy self check in Teas & coffees provided
Top floor so be mindful if you have luggages Central heating not turned on when it’s pretty cold inside the flat . Reported but no engineer could come , made worst by wood and tiles flooring Apartment is quite dated , cracked tiles in the kitchen and general outlook but ok if you don’t spend inside Mattress quite soft you will sink No intercom for the flat so you will have to go down to accept delivery or let other guests in
