The location is amazing. Definitely more for people who like nightlife, really good bars and clubs definitely something for everyone. We went to Prince Edward theatre and our property was about a 2 minute walk away. The room we had was small but perfect for what we needed. The fans were a blessing during our stay. The room was very homely and not like the awful bare chain hotels. The extras were so thoughtful and appreciated. We were provided with bottled water, earplugs, toothbrush and toothpaste each, shower caps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The facilities were good for what we needed. Beautiful bathroom with large shower, lamps and plenty of outlets. Bedside outlets also have USB and Type C ports. The kitchenette comes with kettle tea coffee sugar. A mini fridge and a microwave. Also there is cutlery and plates bowls and cups. There is also wifi which is good. Window opens quite a lot which was nice in the hot weather. There are a lot of nice restaurants around and a couple of good mini mart type shops that are 24 hours. Don’t let the nightlife put you off this property. It is situated really well for a lot of hotspots and the nightlife so you aren’t bothered about the noise after a couple of drinks. The personal touches and thoughtful extras make it feel personal. Fantastic place and we will be back.

The hairdryer needs replacing as it keeps going off. I didn’t contact the owner as it wasn’t a big deal. It is noisy at night but earplugs are provided. A lovely touch! However I absolutely loved that I could sit at the window and enjoy the atmosphere once I was in for the night.

Great base close to the shops and theatre. Lovely little features added like ear plugs as it is close to clubs. Water bottles left for you and packs of toothpaste and toothbrush.
