Stylish Parisian Flat near Eiffel Tower

Bien ubicado, amplio, limpio con lo necesario para cocinar algo, toallas de baño, cosas de aseo. El anfitrión siempre está pendiente de cualquier cosa, las instrucciones para ingresar son sencillas. Un lugar confortable para una estancia tranquila.

Excellent neighbourhood and fantastic location. The apartment is close to three metro stations, with supermarkets, restaurants, and cafés all within easy walking distance. It's just a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, yet far enough from the main tourist crowds to remain peaceful and quiet. There was no noise or disturbance. The elevator is a big plus. Perfect base to explore Paris.

There were a few minor shortcomings. Some basic kitchen items were missing, such as a pair of scissors or a proper wine bottle opener. The sofa bed in the living room is showing signs of wear and sags in the middle, which affects comfort. The bathroom is also quite small and may be challenging for guests with mobility issues.

The location is excellent. Central and yet quiet at night. There is local market a few blocks away on Wednesday and Sunday that is a quintessential Paris experience.

Only minor things that won't stop us from coming back. No pictures on the wall or TV which makes it feel basic. The shower is tight. The 1 door key is hard to turn, feels like it might break

Die Lage war sehr gut.

Die Heizung funktionierte nicht richtig, 2 Tage lang war sehr kalt in der Wohnung, weil davor war nicht vorgeheizt. Die Toilette war mehr oder weniger wie ein Kühlschrank. Die Besitzerin hat geholfen, wie sie konnte, aber dann hat mir vorgeworfen, dass wir zu viel Strom verbraucht hätten. Obwohl im Winterzeit früh dunkel war! Die Nachbarn von oben waren unerträglich. Die waren laut von morgen früh bis manchmal um 23Uhr. Mit schreiendes Kind, Sachen am Boden geworfen… etc. War schwer einzuschlafen oder wir waren von laute Knall Geräusche geweckt. Ob Sonntag oder am Weihnachten, war total unangenehm.
