This is perfect for a couple. My husband and I loved it. The apartment has been nicely updated with a kitchenette.The location is great! Residential area close to restaurants, cafes,boulangeries,grocery store and the Eiffel Tower. The bus and metro were a short walk away. The host Olivier offered suggestions for dining...we especially liked the restaurants on Rue LaMotte Piquet! We highly recommend Olivier and his apartment.
The elevator is very small

It was close to restaurants, grocery stores & the metro. Our host was friendly, helpful & gracious - only a text message away! 😃
Unfortunately the lift was not functioning for 2 days, which made climbing narrow steps to the 4th floor cumbersome. The accommodation was small but workable.
