パリのアパルトマンを体験できる。話に聞く狭小アパルトマンよりははるかに設備がよい。エッフェル塔に近いのはもちろん、スーパーやメトロなど生活に必要なものが近くにそろっている。
ホテルとしてみるとかなり不便。今回の部屋は7階だったが、同じ棟のエレベーターが故障したままになっており、別の棟にまわって８階まであがり、棟を渡って一階階段で降りる必要があった。トイレは各部屋になく同じフロアの住人と共用。廊下の照明は基本消えているので、夜中に部屋を出るときはスマホの灯りが頼り。2人で泊まったがエントランスキーが一つしかなく、別行動すると７階から降りて入口をあける必要がある。エアコンはない。

Only the location! Great location!
It is misleading the booking.com info and the actual situation. From the pictures and the info you can (as I imagined) stay in a nice building (which the facade is and the main entrance) but after that a horror of hallways starts for which you could get lost if it was not for the videos the owners sent to me. Plus private bathroom means just a separate toilet down the hall and a shower in the studio which is not nice in terms pf comfortable use. There is no view of the city, if by view you mean rooftops and balconies then yes but otherwise no. Even if that is written in the description and the studio is on the highest floor. Not to mention that the price is high for this kind of stay like 200 euro per night plus leaving 300 euro deposit during the stay.
