Cosy apartment - 1BR-2P - Near Champs-de-Mars

Een prettig, licht appartement in een fraai gebouw. Ramen aan een groot binnenterrein, waardoor het heel rustig was. Het appartement kreeg alleen in de ochtend zon en dat was prettig omdat het een erg warme week was. Dichtbij een zwemmogelijkheid in de Seine!

Er ontbrak een sponsje of afwasborstel, dat was wat onhandig. Maar dat was dan ook het enige!

Aparte slaapkamer en keuken, licht en schoon.

De douche was een beetje klein

Absolut nettes Apartment mitten in Paris. Alles toll! Auch Kaffee und Tee wurde bereit gestellt, alles sehr gut vorbereitet und sauber.

Geschirrspülertabs wären gut gewesen, ich kaufe keine ganze Packung für 3 Tage.

The apartment was beautiful, stylish, and in an excellent location with clear instructions to check in and out, which is why this review is so disappointing to write. Unfortunately, our stay took place during the Paris heatwave, and the lack of air conditioning made the apartment almost unbearable to stay in. There were only two tiny fans, but they did very little to cool the space, and the apartment felt like a sauna day and night. Another inconvenience was the layout: the toilet was on one side of the apartment while the shower was on the other, so you had to walk through the entire apartment to get from one to the other. It wasn’t very practical or comfortable. The balcony doors also had no mosquito screens, so even though we obviously kept them open for fresh air that wasn’t always an ideal option. On top of that, the water came out hot for several minutes before eventually turning cold, something we only figured out by accident after waiting around 10 minutes which was confusing. The biggest issue was that the heat made the apartment so uncomfortable that we had to book another hotel for half of our stay in Paris. This not only ruined the start of our trip but also ended up costing us a significant amount of extra money. I think this apartment could be a lovely option during the colder months, but in the summer, especially during warm weather, I would find it very difficult to recommend unless air conditioning is installed.
