Location, cleanliness and size. Very comfortable stay.

It can be a little noisy late at night, but it is to be expected and worth it for the location.

Location to walk good but lots of traffic noise and some very noisy neighbours Could not open windows when hot

Location was good for the best side of the city and the cathedral. The shopping area also very close.

The studio is getting very tired, It is no longer ultra modern. Facilities such as cooking and eating utensils are limited. There is a dishwasher but pointless having it as there is not much to wash up. The cleaning was not great, attention to detail needed and housekeepers need to look in those nooks and cranny's. The door to the studio is directly on a pathway that is busy at night and early hours so expect some disturbance.
