Eden Rock House

1. The location. From here, you can discover the most beautiful beaches of Sardinia around Chia within 20 minutes. Larger supermarket 18 minutes away (Conad, SuperSpar or Yoli). Cagliari 45 minutes away, as well as the airport. 2. View from both terraces upstairs and downstairs. This gives you a connection to the sea in the distance (1 km). 3 Air conditioning in the two bedrooms upstairs. There is no air conditioning in the bedroom and living room downstairs. 4 Two bathrooms 5 The host, Guido, who answers questions immediately and quickly resolves any problems. 6 Well-equipped kitchen with oven, large refrigerator, freezer, kettle and microwave. There is even a juicer. Perhaps a smaller pan for boiling eggs would be appreciated. 7 Parking spot nearby the house. 5 meter distance. 8 BBQ available but we didn't used it. Some simple tools are available, no charcoal.

Overall, it was clean, but some areas, such as the shower glass and light switches, could have been cleaner. There were a few minor issues, but I communicated them to the host, who assured me they would be resolved. Knowing him, I trust that they will be. The access road to the house uphill can be challenging, as the road is unpaved with two sharp bends and steep. However, any car will certainly make it, but it can be challenging for an inexperienced driver.

La struttura in sé per sé è molto bella, situata in un bel posto, si riesce ad avere una bella panoramica sul mare

La struttura nel piano terra non è dotata di impianto di climatizzazione, il che rende pressocchè impossibile dormire nella stanza da letto situata al piano terra dato che è completamente priva di finestre ed è situata in un punto nel quale l’aria, per la conformazione dell’appartamento, non circola. L’impianto di scarico del bagno al piano terra è molto debole quindi bisogna evitare di gettare troppa carta per evitare che si intoppi. La strada per raggiungere la struttura è una strada sterrata e in salita, con una macchina bassa si potrebbero avere dei problemi a raggiungere la struttura. I parcheggi per le auto davanti alla struttura sono abbastanza ridotti, bisogna parcheggiare il meglio possibile per poter garantire libertà a tutti i soggiornanti.
