About this villa rental
Detached villa within a tourist village, in a very quiet area. The villa is surrounded by greenery and in a well-ventilated position but sheltered from the Mistral wind that, in the area, can blow with great intensity.
Its most beautiful feature is to have a large garden with sea view, which overlooks a porch where you can dine al fresco or rest straiat on the sofa. The house is 120 square meters spread over two floors and can comfortably accommodate up to 9 people; being divided on two floors it is particularly suitable to accommodate two families at the same time. On the ground floor, kitchen, living room with fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom. On the first floor 1 double bedroom with terrace, 1 single bedroom with terrace, 1 bedroom with bunk beds, 2 bathrooms. Tulle rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
In the garden you can find the barbecue and a large oven, a ping pong table.
To reach the house it is necessary to go through 80 steps

Für 8 Personen die optimale Unterkunft, es wurde einem jeder Wunsch sofort erfüllt. Jederzeit gerne wieder.
Die 80 Treppenstufen waren allerdings doch sehr mühselig

Wonderful, lovely property. Cristina very responsive and solicitous. Spatious and well equipped and with functioning ACs as advertised. Beautiful view and comfortable hangout spaces, including living room and dining room and outdoor veranda and patio, which really were large. A sizable group would be comfortable here. Especially well situated for access to SW Sardinia and best SW beaches. Only faults: WiFi basically did not work — the hotspots that were supplied (2x upon request) were insufficient; hedges and bushes needed trimming and care so as to free up the space and increase the advertised view. Thank you for a really comfortable period!
