The apartment itself is good. Clean rooms, well equipped kitchen on a good location (for us), with sea view and shops and restaurants nearby. There we also found a good bakery within 5 minutes walk what opens 7am so you can have fresh bread for breakfast. Overall the apartment itself we liked, but...
The parking lot we really appreciate to have on site, but in the meantime I find that literally a joke. That is barely exist, totally unusable. We are renting a 4 room apartment, I think that can be assumed I'm driving a larger car and the lot itself is as narrow as in a morning I needed to get into the car through the boot (not kidding!) and every evening it was a suffer to park down and get out of the car. I find that almost impossible to use that parking lot, even with a smaller car since you cannot get in or out.
Let me propose/recommend you to inform your guests about the parking conditions in advance and also to add to the data sheet of the apartment on booking.com . In this case they can decide if they want to take a try or to find a paid parking opportunity somewhere else
another "did not like" thing is COMMUNICATION with guests:
if you speak English as a host, and I don't speak Spanish as a guest, please communicate in English with me. I guess it would be less effort to you, than to me to put every message into a translater app.
Moreover if I share a feedback or complain with you (broken TV, no batteries in AC remote controls, narrow parking lot, etc) I'd appreciate to get ANY answer from you, not just silence, because that makes me unsatisfied

Situación frente a la playa y al paseo marítimo, el metro para ir al centro es fácil de acceso y en los alrededores hay bares y sitios para desayunar o tomar algo pero tan cerca para que moleste el ruido. El personal de acogida fue simpático, flexible y muy amable, pendiente de nosotros en todo momento.
Muebles un poco estropeados probablemente por otros inquilinos pero nada grave, para un grupo de 8 personas poco café -té disponible. Pensar en añadir algunos cubiertos, tazas etc para los grupos que quieren comer o cenar en el apartamento. Personalmente no lo usamos demasiado, solo para desayunar pero nos faltó un poco de café 😉
