The quietness yet within walking distance of the old town

The house was perfect for what we needed as a family.
The location was brilliant, room sizes were great and plenty of space for 6 of us that stayed there.
Dining and living area is great.
I would say the property does need a little re vamp. The walls where the stairs are damaged and needs re painting. The kitchen cupboards need upgrading, feel like they could collapse any second.
I would also recommend renewing the baby high chair. It’s been very well used.

Great location short walk to beach.
Very comfortable beds
It would have helped to have had a folder explaining how things worked where recycling went etc

Awesome location! Just few meters to local beach and close to old Alcudia town with restaurants and shops.
The property was clean and comfortable. They have everything you need to have a pleasant time!
Would love the host is a bit more communicative before and during our stay by giving proper instructions and answering our questions through the Bookings app. Few reminders about check-in, garbage disposal and other house details would have been appreciated. Although the owner was nice and have quickly responded to a question we had during our stay.
