Villa Barcares Gran for 10, pool, gym and close to beach

The house location, premises and surroundings are absolutely perfect. Close to the old town of Alcudia.

The house is in need of an overall refresh. Dirty spa and pool at take over, but was fixed asap upon request. Kitchen utility tools were old and dirty. Basement/gym was dirty and does not look like in the pictures.

Nice located Finca with great surroundings (pool, jacuzzi, garden) and a lot of space for family & friends.

Grill Space is to shabby for such an expensive location

The villa is very impressive to look at. Great for families and groups.

Little things like chipped crockery, only 4 large mugs and not matching. The pool was not cleaned once in the 5 nights hence a phone call, bugs on the bottom that could easily have been hoovered out. The hot tub soon went a bit slimy round the edges, again could of done with product in to keep clean.

Really great location for beach and alcudia old town. Property is good for families-spacious and well designed.

There were numerous issues which had to be fixed. These included… The WiFi needing to be reset remotely and/ or by turning the power on and off at the property. Various door handles falling off. The door to the second building jamming so inaccessible and that building only being cleaned and made up on the Wednesday of our stay. The washing machine flooding in basement and despite being reassured it was fixed it flooded again. Boards on the swimming pool deck were loose and hazardous. Generally the property was not properly cleaned. The manager was very helpful and fixed various issues but should not be rented out in this condition at this price.
