Key collection was very simple upon arrival. We hired a car that we picked up from the airport which is essential due to the villa's location. Lovely very secure and safe feeling villa. Would return and would recommend.
There is only one thing and maybe is down to the time of year that we travelled (end of May) and that was the pool was too cold for our children to go in and enjoy, as an adult it was manageable but even still not for too long. However on the plus with that and with having a car the beach is a 10 minute drive (both Pollenca and Alcudia) where there is loads for the kids to do and the sea is moderately warmer.

The pool was great and the location was fab
The lane leading to the property was dangerously narrow , and the shower heads need changing as they were old and filthy , and the only sun umbrella was broken , the main house needs some TLC ,
