The 17th century Finca SA TORRE once served as one of the many watchtowers that protected the bay of Pollensa and Alcudia from unwanted pirate visits. Then, in 2015, the finca was completely converted into a holiday home, the result was a fantastic place to spend an unforgettable holiday by the sea and close to the beach. The finca is located on the outskirts of Alcudia and only 300 meters from the sea and the beautiful beach "Playa Morer Vermell". The highlight is undoubtedly the huge private pool of 10 mx 10 m (salt water 1,60 m deep) with the adjoining sun terrace and the wonderful landscaped garden, where you can just feel good. The property is completely fenced and the entrance is through an automatic gate. The location of the finca simply could not be more ideal, you can walk to the beautiful beach of "Playa Morer Vermell" and for a pleasant stroll through the town you can be in Alcudia with its picturesque narrow streets, bars and good restaurants in just a few minutes.
