Furnished kitchen and two living rooms, one of them with a fireplace.
Recently constructed is the annex where there is a living room, a double bedroom with its bathroom and the previously mentioned wooden loft.
Furnished porch, fixed barbecue and spacious solarium area for enjoying the Mediterranean sun.
Just 250m from the beach and 500m from the town of Alcúdia.
Alcúdia, located in the northeast of Mallorca, an Eco-Tourism Municipality with 30 km of coastline of great landscape diversity.
There are beautiful beaches of white and fine sand, steep cliffs and hidden coves of impressive beauty.
Ideal for nature lovers with extensive routes for hiking.
Alcúdia is a walled medieval city where, a few metres from the old town, next to the Church of Sant Jaume, one can enjoy the cultural route to the Roman City of Pollentia, founded in 123 BC, a route that will take us to the most interesting places preserved from Roman times in the current Alcúdia.

This is just the most perfect villa, an easy walk into town but tucked away quietly. The owner was lovely and responded quickly when one of the air conditioning units broke down. The outside area is stunning and the history is incredible.

The house and the location is excellent, the pool is enormous and the garden is stunning. You can walk 2 minutes to a quiet beach and restaurants and bars only a 10 minute walk away, it’s fantastic

The property is amazing. Very welcoming and comfortable. It is around a 10min stroll to the edge of Old Town where there are a handful of good restaurants and shops. Also the market on Sunday and Tuesday.
Toni (owner) was very helpful. I'm sure we will be back some day!
