Good location. Sofa beds are horribly uncomfortable

Location was okay and parking

Cleaning was a bit lacking,chewing gum in the carpet, sofa beds are old and super uncomfortable the place needs some TLC. Check out at 10 o’clock? Or pay for a longer checkout

I had booked for an appartment with three single beds and two sofa beds which got cancelled on the day of the check in.

The last apartment that I was given, it nice and clean but had no hot water.

The walls were scratched, it smelled like weed; the second apartment that I couldn’t get in until the next day was nice despite the fridge smelling but then the lock got stuck so I couldn’t get back in. The third given apartment was completely dirty and then the fourth last given apartment, it was nice but had no hot water.

We are disappointed, as the images presented a wonderful impression, leading us to believe it would be an ideal choice for my family and me. Upon entering, we were immediately confronted with an unpleasant odor in the room, which was quite off-putting. The condition of the apartment was also concerning, with noticeable cleanliness issues on the floor and flithy sofas. Furthermore, a burn mark on the carpet from the iron and a Stanley knife was left on the table adjacent to the television remotes. The blinds did not fully close, which, given the ground floor location, compromised our sense of privacy. We did not attempt to operate the heating or Wi-Fi. My partner and I turned and left the premises. Went on to secure alternative accommodation in Peterborough for the evening.

At start no cooking equipment, but after request, we got it all. And days went smooth, thanks for the response.

Nothing.

We were unable to stay as we arrived to find the apartment had not been cleaned. Food and pizza boxes all around, bedding not been changed, dirty towels on bathroom floor. Unable to contact host (tried email and all 3 phone numbers provided) so had to make last minute alternate arrangements to stay elsewhere with 3 children.

It wasn’t clean. Carpet was dirty, floor on kitchen was sticky, pots were dirty and sheets and duvet covers were missing

AVOID AT ALL COSTS

This property is in a block which houses quite undesirable people. Lots of comings and goings!

As you walk into the building you are greeted with soiled mattresses and duvets piled high under the staircase. The flat itself had not been hoovered and the cupboards were covered in crumbs and empty wrappers. The bed head boards were covered in what one can only think of as YEARS of dust. If you don’t believe me look at the images below. We had no TV for more than 24hrs as the remote was lost and the sky remote didn’t work.

It was a decent stay for 1 night.

This was a nice and spacious property. I would have preferred if it was more clean. It had a smell in the rooms and when the sofa beds were opened they were full of crumbs. Not enough toiletries for 5 ppl. We had an issue with the TV remote not working which was resolved promptly.

Industrial estate apartment needs better customer service

3 comfortable beds. Good facilities. Location handy for centre but also bang in the industrial estates so feels a bit dodgy at night.

2 uncomfortable futons. Front entrance door not locking and someone got into our apartment at 3am this morning with my two kids sleeping there. Ground floor privacy an issue with only blackout blinds so if you want daylight it's a problem. Kicked out at 1230 despite paying £20 for late checkout 1500 as advertised on their separate portal two days ago. Clearly not joined up in administration or organisation. Radiators programmed to 35°C and weird small behind the fridge. 2 women and 2 kids did not feel safe here.

I liked the space it's really nice and was lucky enough to meet the owner when I pulled up so he let me in.

I liked everything I could smell someone has been smoking in there. Cigarette but in the bathroom bin.

Appartement bien situé à Peterborough

Cet appartement est situé dans une zone industrielle et il était situé au rez de chaussé. Les lits étaient confortables et nous avons passé un bon sejour au calme sauf le dernier soir ou nos voisins ont fait la fête. Je recommande pour la situation et le confort.

Cela serait sympa d'avoir du savon et du shampoing mais a-à part cela tout était parfait.
