The only thing I liked about the accommodation is that it was easy to locate and situated at a good spot.

I didn't like a lot of things. First, it was so hard getting the key from the key box after I used the door code to enter the house. We never saw or met the host for the entire stay and we had so many issues that we needed help with.. All the numbers they put on booking.com was not connecting. We called these numbers severally and they never connected. The wifi password they gave us was incorrect so we could not use the wifi throughout our stay there. Network reception too was very poor. The room was so dirty with visible stains on the carpet, walls and mattress. Everywhere was dirty, filled with dust and cobwebs (especially in the lights and corners of the room). The heaters were not working and when we messaged the host on booking.com, they said the central regulator has got no batteries in it what is why we can't regulate it (we were surprised that the host replied to our message because we had sent previous messages where they ignored so it was a miracle) so we had to stay in the cold for all the nights we lodged there. The bin didn't have a liner and the bin was very dirty. The lighting was very poor with certain parts of the studio having no lights. The hot water used to go off at certain times in the evening and we couldn't get hot water at those times in the evening. The duvet, throw pillows and blankets were smelly. The day after we got there, we called the actual property owner (found their number on the notice board) to ask for help since we could not get through to the host and they were helpful but they couldn't do much to help us. Two people came to knock on our door and claimed they were suppose to lodge in our room yet we had one more night there and it got us thinking if the host had double booked the room. In fact, if we could have gotten a refund, we would have but we saw from other people's reviews that we couldn't so we just had to stay there. It is a waste of money. Invicta studios is horrible.

The room had dirty walls, stains on mattress and cobwebs everywhere (in the light case, corner of the walls, corner of the ceiling. The kettle stand was very dirty with actual dirt particles. There was a stench in the wardrobe and the throw pillows on the bed. The room was extremely cold. Heaters were not working and we stayed in the cold for our entire stay at the studio. A message was sent to the providers and they said they were aware of the heating situation

From arrival, the situation was unacceptable. The exterior and entrance to the building were littered with trash, immediately indicating a lack of maintenance and care. The condition of Apartment 6 was appalling. The floors were filthy, covered in old stains, eyelashes, and general rubbish. The blinds were damaged, and the windowsills were visibly dirty, containing dirt, a bottle cap, and sweet wrappers. The walls throughout the apartment were visibly unclean. The bedding was equally unacceptable. The quilt had visible cigarette burns, and the pillowcases stored in the wardrobe were torn and heavily stained. This alone renders the accommodation unsuitable for guests. The bathroom was in an even worse condition. The sink was stained, and the toilet brush, bin, and toilet roll holder were rusted and dirty. The towel warmer was covered in thick dust, clearly not cleaned for an extended period of time. Both shower heads were heavily contaminated with rust and limescale. Due to these conditions, the property was not fit for human occupation, and we left immediately upon inspection. Attempts to contact the property were unsuccessful, with provided phone numbers being incorrect. Seeking assistance through Booking.com was equally frustrating, involving repeated call disconnections, unhelpful AI responses, and excessive hold times. This failure left us with no choice but to book alternative hotel accommodation at our own expense for the remainder of our stay.

It was just horrible. The walls and carpet where completely dirty. The smell in the room was terrible. It seemed like it was not clean at all after previous guests. The towels looked like someone used them for a whole week and they did not get washed

Room and space was great as we're facilities

Communication was subpar, requested knowledge pf where the Wi-Fi password was and was completely ignored.
