When you can pull yourself away from this tranquil space, bike to the shore and play in the sand at Rehoboth Beach, take a hike around Gordons Pond State Park, and practice your swing at Baywood Greens Golf Course. You'll love being within easy walking distance of a coffee shop, dining options, and breweries and one block from the Creative Market. Plus, you'll enjoy quick access to biking on the Breakwater Trail (which connects to the Georgetown Trail and Cape Henlopen State Park).
Closer to your vacation home, you'll find a large community in-ground pool for refreshing swims. A private walking path behind the complex that takes guests right out to the bridge is also available, should anyone wish to use it as a shortcut into town (you will be provided a gate code to access the path).
When all you want to do is relax, stretch out on the living room's soft sofa and stream your favorite shows (no cable). When you aren't hanging out here, the wrap-around porch boasts ample seating options, all cooled by ceiling fans. What a beautiful house! We loved everything about it: coffee on the large porch, space for everyone, biking in the neighborhood and the trails, quiet nights, quick drive to the beach and restaurants! Kitchen had everything we needed and more, beds were comfortable. We will definitely try to come again.

We really enjoyed our stay here. We loved the location - not having to use our car to get anywhere (but the grocery store) was great! We love that the furniture is all brand new and the house is super clean. I like to cook, so the fully stocked kitchen was great. My usband and I like to bike, so the location was perfect for easy access to both the Breakwater trail and Henlopen State Park. We were able to easily store out bikes in the large garage. Thanks for the hospitality. Lovely house.
