Guests have access to all parts of the home including the laundry area and garage for laundry & equipment storage.
Parking is never allowed in the garage. The garage is reserved for beach supplies and equipment only.
You are welcome to our beach chairs, beach toys, wagon and bikes. We just ask you to treat them gently for the next to enjoy.
You'll be close enough to all of Cocoa Beach's action yet situated in a quiet and quaint neighborhood where you'll find peace and quiet. Our closest Beach Park is Robert P. Murkshe Memorial Park, located just 6 blocks south, offers paid parking, bathrooms and 1 picnic table with grill. Our most convenient beach park is Lori Wilson, located 2.5 miles north, which is perfect for a beachside picnic with pavilions, playground, volleyball court, lifeguards and BBQ Grills, free parking, restrooms, outdoor showers, water fountains, vendors onsite and dog park. Enjoy local activities such as; Sunrises by the shore, Sunsets by the River, nearby Golf Courses, Paddle Board & Kayak rentals and tours, Dolphin & Manatee tours, Fishing Charters, Casino Cruises, Sunrise/Sunset Cruises and so much more! The Hilton also has public access, a restaurant/bar and you’re also able to rent umbrellas and chairs. You'll find a Publix plaza a few miles north on A1A. Many Restaurants, Shopping and Activities within short driving distance. You’ll be 30 minutes driving distance to the Kennedy Space Center and Cape Canaveral. You’ll be less than a 10 minute driving distance to Coconuts on the Beach, the Cocoa Beach Pier and many other bars, restaurants, shops and activities in Cocoa Beach. 1 hour driving distance to Disney World, Universal Studios and many other Orlando Theme Parks and Activities.
Getting around is best in car. Bicycle or walking to several places that are located less than a mile is also an option. Uber, Lyft and Taxi are available. Public transportation is also available.
**Please keep in mind that this is a residential neighborhood and respect the neighbors, all of whom live here full time, are elderly and like to have their quiet peace and privacy. PARTIES OF ANY KIND, LOUD MUSIC, OR NOISY GET-TOGETHERS ARE NOT ALLOWED! Ignoring this rule will cause you to forfeit your reservation and refund. Quiet time is 10:00pm to 9:00am on weekdays and 11:00pm to 9:00am on weekends. Absolutely no firecrackers or fireworks of any kind should be set off from inside or outside of the home as it creates a fire hazard with our landscaping and furniture.
CHECK-IN is at 4:00pm. If you require an early check-in, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.
CHECK-OUT time is 11:00am. If you require a late check-out, please make a request. Please be aware that a fee may apply.
Please keep in mind that we operate on a 90% occupancy rate and it takes the cleaning crew anywhere from 4-5 hours to clean a home this size. On the other hand if you want to guarantee a late check-out, you can book an extra night. The same goes with an early check-in. We try to accommodate our guests the best way possible but we are not able to guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out unless you reserve it.

We are not responsible for accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are also not responsible for loss of your personal belongings or valuables. Everything was great at this house!! The only problem was the electronic door lock on the front door. Sometimes we had issues unlocking it and had to wait awhile to try the code again which meant standing outside with small kids who were struggling. Other than the door knob issue, this was a great place to stay!!

It is literally a 3-minute walk to the beach. The home is exactly as advertised. We used it along with another rental due to the size of our family and because of the location, it worked perfectly. This is the second year we have done this and hope to do it again next year.
