With a lagoon-style pool, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, a playground, shuffleboard, and the beach just steps away, you’ll never run out of things to do!
Bikes are available year-round and 1 Beach Chair setup (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) are included courtesy of La Dolce Vita March 1st through October 31st! Just let the on-site staff know which condo you are staying in!
High Pointe 233 is a beautiful condo with two bedrooms and two baths accommodating up to six. Calming hues and coastal decor fill each room in this tranquil retreat, brimming with natural light. The living room will undoubtedly be the gathering spot, featuring a plush sofa, two cozy chairs, a large flat-screen TV, and access to the private balcony overlooking the beautifully landscaped grounds and community pool. We enjoyed every aspect of our stay! The location of the condo is perfect! The condo was spotless when we arrived and we had no issues during our stay. I wish there were a couple more kitchen items available but would assume they might accumulate over time. I don't have any negative thing to say! I would 100% stay at this condo again!

This is a very nice condo, very comfortable and nicely decorated, with everything we could need. The managers are responsive. It’s fun to have a bar and restaurant right off the beach. One big problem, and some small problems. The small problems first: the swimming pool pump is right outside the balcony and is loud. So sitting on the balcony is not as pleasant as it could be. We have a good view of the ocean (a pro), and I expected to be able to hear it. The property is just loud. I should’ve expected that what with the pool right there and families with young kids. It’s unfortunate that there are not walkways from the condo unit directly onto the central property; we have to walk through the parking lot to get back onto the property or to get to the beach. Not that big of a deal, but kind of odd.
The big problem: Bikes and beach chairs, and umbrellas, according to the listing, are “included.” Any intelligent person would assume that would mean included for everyone in the unit. I was searching specifically for that amenity. Beach chairs and bikes are the other other significant cost to a condo rental. And the price seemed to reflect that those would be included. But that was not the case. The company agreed to pay half—we accepted even though that was not morally acceptable. They should’ve paid for ALL of our beach chairs, umbrellas, and bikes, considering the VRBO ad promised it. For that main reason, we likely won’t be back.
