This is a well maintained, gated property, gulf front unit. The four story buildings and spacious property creates the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Our unit contains a master bedroom that has a king size bed, the second bedroom has one set of bunk beds as well as a queen size bed and there is a pull out couch in the living room. There is a beautiful lagoon pool with lush landscaping and waterfalls, a kiddie pool, a tiki bar/restaurant overlooking the beach, tennis courts, a hot tub and more. FREE long distance and FREE wireless internet access in the unit. Your reservation includes daily beach service of two chairs with footrests and one umbrella. (March 1-October 31)

High Pointe is a wonderful, family oriented property right on the Gulf. Beach is stunning, large lagoon pool. This 2 bedroom/2 Ba unit fit our needs. Wonderful stay. Beach chairs included.

Property was great! Beautiful view of the gulf from patio. Unit was clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed the pool, beach, and pickleball. The grounds are well taken care of. Just a beautiful resort. So convenient with shops and stores in walking distance. Our host Angela was super receptive. Great to deal with! We had a wonderful week there!

This was our second vacation in the condo and we had another great stay. The shower in the primary bathroom had been updated since last year and we really appreciate the improvement! We love having a full sized washer and dryer for our laundry throughout the week. The complex is in a great location and it’s very convenient to walk to many places.

We love High Pointe Resort. This is our 10th stay at the resort. You can’t beat the location. This condo had everything stocked and even had extras of all the little things like toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher pods etc. This unit also has a great view!
