High Pointe Resort has been a favorite tropical destination for families who long to take time out and soak up the sun on the Emerald Coast’s glistening white sand. Within the resort’s gates, you will find 15 acres along the coastline with a wealth of amenities - tennis & pickleball, shuffleboard, playground, crystal clear lagoon pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, charcoal grills, private beach boardwalk, and a seasonal full-service restaurant.
Perched above the spectacular pool with waterfalls and lush landscaping, Unit 412 offers sweeping views of the resort and awe-inspiring views of the Gulf of Mexico. Upon entering, you will find our well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo sleeps 8 comfortably. The primary bedroom features a king-size bed with balcony access, pool views, and a beautifully updated en suite full bath with a spacious walk-in shower and double vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bed and a pyramid bunk, with a single and double bed. The queen sofa sleeper is an additional sleep spot. The guest room shares the updated hall bath with a shower/tub combination.
Large flat-screen TVs are included in each bedroom and the living area. Our large, welcoming dining table seats 6, and 3 barstools are at the breakfast counter. If cooking is on the agenda, the gorgeous, remodeled kitchen is outfitted with all the equipment you need to prepare Sunday brunch or tapas for sunset on the balcony. A full-size washer and dryer are also included inside the condo.

It was a wonderful quick girls weekend…this location is PERFECT! Walking distance to tons of shops and restaurants and… that beach! Views were divine. Condo was clean, comfy and well stocked. The only issue was that patio door that is very heavy and hard to open especially when humid out (we actually got stuck outside and couldn’t open but thankfully had bedroom patio door open). Would stay here again!

Great views and accommodations on 30A! We loved the proximity to the Seacrest shops and Rosemary town. It’s nice to have a pool and restaurant on property. Beautiful condo. Thank you!
