Sauberkeit, Klimaanlage, großes Bett, geräumiges Zimmer und Bad sowie eine sehr zentrale Lage.
Das Wifi ist katastrophal und viel zu schwach. Damit kann man praktisch nichts anfangen. Für jemanden, der remote arbeitet und auf eine stabile Internetverbindung angewiesen ist, ist das eine absolute Katastrophe.

The accommodation was very clean, modernly furnished, and in a super central location. Easily a 10/10!
The only downside: The accommodation is on the 2nd floor and has no elevator. With normal luggage, it's absolutely no problem. However, with a backpack plus a 23 kg suitcase, it was very exhausting to carry everything up the narrow, winding stairs.
