The location is perfect! The room is quite spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great value for the price — I would definitely stay here again!

Meeting went well after some initial confusion about passcodes and key boxes. You need the door code for the door off the street, then the key code for the key box, then the code for the apartment door. After that it's just normal old fashioned key. There is no kettle to make tea if you don't drink coffee but a pid machine for those who do. A kettle would be a great addition and so helpful. Right in the centre of town, cafes and restaurants nearby. Taxi's everywhere so no concern finding one for your departure. A great stay.

The place is very well located, if you are looking to stay in the city center or Olbia.
There are few points:
- the bathroom is separated from the room by a corridor (it was not told in advance) and it is quite inconfortable.
- there is no place where to let the beach towels dry after a day the beach.
- the bathroom is extremely small, more precisely the shower. There is no shower head, you have to take a full shower every time (body + hair)
- the smell in the bathroom is very bad due to the drains and no window.
