The apartments location is perfect. It’s in a very short walking distance from both, the sea promenade and also the main tourist street of Olbia. Even though the check-in was mostly to be done by ourselves, the staff was particularly friendly and helpful, even if remote only. The condition of the apartment is best described with one word; impeccable. It’s cozy, modern, clean and comfortable. Even if it’s not really big, the arrangement of the utilities and amenities is so good that also a longer stay is possible.

The initially offered check-in time is in my opinion very late. We book stays like this rather frequently and we never faced a check in time of 17:00 before. However, the staff helped us with this situation in a way, that we were very thankful for. The terrace is nothing special. It does not belong to the apartement but to the entire building, and offers a little more than an overlook of the city and some sitting area areas.

Ein eher kleines aber interessantes Apartment inmitten der Altstadt. Sehr sauber. Mit einer mini Terrasse. Oben im Haus ist zusätzlich noch eine Gemeinschaftsterrasse.

Sehr spätes check in um 17 Uhr. Erst als wir vor der Tür standen, stellte sich raus, dass wir online ein Formular ausfüllen müssen, damit uns jemand von außerhalb die Tür entriegelt. Ich musste mich in einer engen Gasse, bei Hitze, auf eine Stufe setzen, immer wieder aufstehen, weil Autos durchgefahren sind und dieses Formular ausfüllen. Erst dann geht die Tür auf. Bequemes System für Vermieter. Für Gäste eher nervig. Sehr zentral gelegen aber auch nicht leise. Parken kann zu einer Herausforderung werden.

Estancia amplia y cómoda, todo muy limpio.

El alojamiento cuenta con un pequeño office cocina muy útil pero no había ni un solo plato ni olla, solo unos vasos y algún cubierto. Te cobran extra si quieres renovar toallas durante tu estancia, no me parece mal, pero deberían asegurarse que las que dejan están en perfecto estado, dos estaban desgastadas y con agujeros. Si necesitas limpieza durante tu estancia también se cobra aparte, podrían dejar simplemente una escoba y recogedor por si quieres barrer algo de arena que puedas traer de la playa. Me hubiese gustado poder separar los residuos como en otros alojamientos, al menos los envases.
