Only spent a night here on this occasion but would definitely return for a longer stay

Slightly confusing to find as name on building is not the same as the name that is advertised but the host was quick to respond to our messages and it didn't take too long to sort it out

It was okay

It was clean and warm.

The room was different than in photos. It was hard to communicate with the owner because he didn’t speak English. And had to pay additional tax when arrived.

sehr kleines Appartement für 2 Personen

Unterkunft alles neu und sauber, aber diese 3 Hochhäuser passen überhaupt nicht in die Landschaft. Tonale lohnt sich mit Seilbahn auf Presena 3000. schöne Rundum Aussicht. top. Tonale Landschaft wunderschön, aber das Retortendorf ist eher hässlich

sehr kleine Zimmer, sehr eng, nur für 2 Personen zu empfehlen. Netzwerkverbindung ok , aber kein Internet. Bettwäsche und Bade- / Handtücher sind separat vor Ort zu bezahlen.

NON PRENOTATE MAI QUESTO POSTO!!

Proprietari che dopo aver incassato il costo del soggiorno hanno avvisato che per il lenzuolo ed un asciugamano bisognava pagare altri 24 euro!! Roba mai vista!! Nel pomeriggio poi mi contatta una signora che si qualifica come la proprietaria ( dal forte accento albanese) che mi chiede di inviare i miei documenti al suo numero privato!! Faccio presente che è illegittimo chiedere e inviare i propri documenti ad un estraneo e la signora per tutta risposta mi dice che è l’unico modo perché lei è in Albania!! Esperienza SURREALE!! In tutto questo Booking che ho provato a contattare piú volte …..non era mai raggiungibile!! NON PRENOTERÒ MAI PIÙ CON BOOKING!! Per finire, mi sono rivolto alle Forze dell’Ordine….vedremo😑

DECEPSIONANTE

A vista, a paisagem é linda e muito bem localizado.

Hospedagem foi muito desagradável, no dia que chegamos descobrimos que precisamos pagar pela roupa de cama e toalhas, uma taxa de 25 euros. Isso e inadmissível, e uma forma da pessoa lucrar abusivamente. Um absurdo eu reservar uma hospedagem onde eu tenho que pagar pela roupa de cama e tolhas, eu mesmo fazer a minha cama. Foi super estressante, o anfitrião foi ate o local para entregar as tolhas e roupa de cama, após 2 horas, e ainda ficaram la tentando ligar a TV que também não funcionava. Quando fui arrumar a cama descobri que embaixo da cama já tinha as roupas de cama e tolhas ali armazenadas, isso só demonstra a forma abusiva de lucrar, pois ali já tinha o que precisava, e essa taxa cobrada fora do Booking e em dinheiro e uma forma de enganar o hóspede e lucrar. E a primeira vez em anos de hospedagem pelo Booking que eu mesma tive que arrumar a cama para poder descansar e depois de tudo ainda limpei o espaço para não receber uma taxa abusiva de limpeza. O papel higiênico tinha um quase no final, para uma hospedagem de 4 diarias, péssima recepção e conforto para o hóspede. Na reserva no Booking não diz em momento algum que tenho que pagar extra por roupa de cama e toalhas. Forma abusiva de lucrar. Experiencia péssima.

Molto carino e funzionale, recentemente ristrutturato Al decimo piano quindi la vista sui monti è bella!

I 10 piani da fare in ascensore(sono un pò claustrofobica !) Non c'era la macchina da caffè a cialde ma solo la moka
