Was clean and tidy warm and welcome

The host Kelly is lovely. She was very prompt and responsive and nothing was too much trouble. For example, we had issues with the heating when we arrived and she replied to my message within 15 minutes. The location was good as it was the other side of the park and quieter. For some people that may not be suitable as it took around 20 minutes to walk with two young children to the main facilities. I didn't mind this. However, we were with elderly relatives and when out with them, it did require using the car to get to the facilities.
This is not the hosts fault but whilst the caravan was tidy and lovely and homely inside, it wasn't very clean. There was another guests socks left behind the twin room door and as I was using the sofa bed, when I lifted it up to get the bed out, there was so much crisps and debris on the side and the mattress was extremely stained, I needed to turn it over . The cleaners also did not leave any towels and the spare bedding wasn't readily available. I needed to message the host to ask if there was any and was promptly told it was under the bed. As mentioned, the host was great with responding quickly but had we of not messaged her it wasn't obvious where the spare bedding was.
Lastly, the typhoons flying above were extremely noisy. I don't know if they train on specific dates but for our entire stay they were flying over our caravan all day and beyond 10pm. This wasn't great with two young children as they were unable to sleep with the noise. I would definitely stay again as it was a lovely caravan and the host is so nice. However, the cleanliness would need to be improved. Having another guests belongings in the caravan highlights it wasn't properly cleaned.

Cosy, clean, with good facilities & location, was perfect to visit local event.
Clarity of booking in could be made clear at booking, or within details of property - received request to let owners know when arriving, but when I left a message I had email reply to say self-check in any time after 3pm (which I knew) & that it was a key Safe & that I would be notified of
location & key codes on morning of arrival... so a note to that affect would alay any worry/query - although I imagine it was a general request as every chalet is different?

Very comfortable, everything you could need, quiet location within the park, and lovely to sit out on the veranda with a glass of wine. Lovely host who was extremely helpful and arranged the entertainment passes. Also very good value
Wish we had visited when the typhoons were flying during the day and not on nights (!!!) but we were entertained for 4 days with them racing overhead. What a privilege to see them

Beautiful caravan, very well equipped! There was nothing we needed that wasn’t there. Liked the homely touches like the vases and decor. Hair dryer and towels were a nice touch.
The beds weren’t very comfortable which was a shame as the rest of the accommodation is done to such a high standard, the sofas and carpet etc. the beds felt flimsy in comparison to the rest of the caravan.

Home from home, bath towels provided as well as a selection of cleaning products.
Double bed isn't the most comfortable, but we made do as we were only there for 3 nights (ended up being 2 nights as our daughter broke her leg at the farm 😔) we will definitely be returning and recommending

Excellent accommodation. Clean and comfy with lots of lovely homely touches. Nice location away from the hustle and bustle of the entertainment venues. We loved watching the Eurofighter Typhoons coming and going from RAF Coningsby too. Powerful shower, comfy bed, great Wi-fi. Very nice seating areas both inside and outside of the accommodation. Absolutely perfect accommodation.

The caravan was absolutely lovely, really homely, incredibly clean and definitely cosy! Well worth the money and we'd definitely return.
I loved the fact there are two bathrooms, especially if you're a larger family. It is beautifully staged for your arrival, making it very inviting and the heating was on ready. Single bed duvets are feathers, so super cosy. The sofas are really comfy. My mind was blown by the walk in wardrobe in a caravan. The kitchen is well equipped with all the utensils that you need. Plenty of toilet roll supplied. There are some toys for young children, colouring crayons and books.
Thank you for a lovely stay!
We loved our stay and would go back, just a few things to consider.
We weren't aware (don't think I read it if it's in the description) that you have to have a membership to visit the on site facilities, (arcade, restaurants, evening entertainment, possibly the swimming but we didn't confirm).
We accidentally got in on the first night and booked a table for the next night. The next night, we were told we couldn't go in. Once I explained we'd booked, they allowed us in. But just bear that in mind, as unless you're making food in the caravan, you'd have to drive off site to eat.
The lovely L shaped garden furniture in the pictures was not out, but this may have been because it's March. There was different table furniture, in the picture. There weren't as many games as I thought I'd read and the dominoes are missing many of them. A blanket or two in the living area would be amazing, but maybe that's because I'm a blanket lover and it was March. However, it was more than warm enough in the caravan, just for cosiness.
