Posizione molto comoda ai mezzi pubblici. Presenza di un supermercato vicinissimo alla struttura. Appartamento nel complesso accettabile per stare un weekend. Lenzuola ed asciugamani puliti.
Quartiere San Lorenzo degradato e lasciato a se stesso. Appartamento un pò vissuto, pulizie OK ma forse è il caso di eliminare, a mio parere, i tappeti (soprattutto in soggiorno/cucina) soggetti a raccogliere polvere (e non solo) e poi sono di intralcio al passaggio quando il divano letto è aperto. I copri sgabelli in tessuto sarebbero da lavare / smacchiare o sostituire (totalmente macchiati). Mobili cucina un pò datati ed usurati. Bagno nel complesso accettabile se non fosse per la distanza esigua del WC al muro di fronte che risulta veramente scomodo per una persona alta più di 1,80 m (tocchi con le ginocchia contro il muro quando ti siedi sul wc).

Casa carina ma non come le foto
La casa è carina ma la pulizia non è stata di mio gradimento la casa non è pulita bene. L’aria condizionata era rotta e per questo la mattina in casa faceva freddo doveva aspettare che si accendessero i termosifoni alle 17:00,nel bagno non c’è un caldo bagno entro e gelato, poche cose da usufruire nella cucina casa molto arrangiata dal prezzo mi aspettavo qualcosa di migliore che delusione
