A very charming stay in this classic Cornish coastal cottage – perfect location in Polruan, just above the lovely working harbour, cafes, pubs, very good local shop and passenger ferry to Fowey. Excellent shower and great also to have a bath with piping hot water. Gorgeous coastal walks just minutes away.
The timer on the bath water heater may need adjusting (needs to be on for longer in the evenings if four people staying). The passenger ferry is pricey for a family – bizarre that the car ferry from Bodinnick is much better value. The local council should really sort something out/ allow a competing service.
