The view from the living room.
The location.
Towels and kitchen towel smelt like milk
Ground floor bedroom was damp, had to have a dehumidifier on to keep it less humid.
The shower cabin tiles had orange mold stain, should be cleaned better.
The front door step was full of old leaves and rubbish.

The location is the best thing about the property.
The decor is tired and best, bordering on shabby. The carpets and soft furnishings are soiled.
