Stepping into this fresh and airy property the bright and welcoming lounge/diner features a couple of separate seating areas, a cosy wood burner, a Smart TV and a stylish dining table perfect for enjoying all your favourite family meals together. The ground floor also has a bright, colourful and fully equipped kitchen. Going upstairs, you will find an elegant bathroom with a shower over the P-shaped bath. There are also two light-filled bedrooms: a lovely super-king-size room and a cheerful double. A stable door opens out from the kitchen and into the delightful south-facing walled patio garden. Surrounded by plants and with terracotta flowerpots and outdoor furniture, this is a lovely spot to sit back with a glass of wine on a summer’s evening.
Offering glorious views across the valley and out to sea, the picturesque ancient fishing village of Polruan offers fantastic chances to spot a range of wildlife including seabirds and seals. A short trip by ferry will take you over the river to the thriving coastal resort of Fowey (0.5 miles) which has a variety of great pubs and restaurants alongside a bustling harbour. Other local attractions include Hidden Valley Gardens, the Eden Project, Deerpark Forest and Looe Valley Vineyard, all within 15 miles.
