Great location - close to amenities and beach areas.
The cleaning of the unit needed to be better. A lot of spider webs, windows sill and tracks were very dirty. We needed to vacuum floors when we arrived. The maindoor handle was not working properly so we used the garage to enter/exit. The outdoor area is in bad need of cleaning (pathway is thick with fungus/mold - pressure cleaning needed badly).

Location was perfect for us as we have family just round the corner and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk for us. We found it to be clean and had all the things we needed for doing washing etc. Great downstairs shower room too which is perfect when coming back from the beach. Garage access was great for unloading and loading the car too. Wifi worked perfectly even on the balcony and downstairs.
Literally the only thing for me was I didn't like my young kids being downstairs near the front door, garage access and back door to the garden so they had the main bedroom and we slept downstairs - but that's me being an over protective parent likely
