Nice comfortable clean cottage, with a well provisioned kitchen. Good value overall. There were several non dog friendly beaches within walking distance, however Shoal bay shops, Country Club and beach were a 10 minute walk
There has been no garden maintenance done for a very long time, and everything was very overgrown. Both the front and back lawns were full of weeds and thistles, and the dog was unable to walk on the lawn. The waste, garden waste and recycling bins had not been emptied for a while, and I placed them all on the street for collection when I left.

Good location.
This place needs maintenance and/or a renovation A chair in the kitchen was broken, lights not working - intermittent power supply. Not particularly clean. Mouldy smell in the house.
