Would have been nice if cleaned better

Nice design, good location, easy check-in.

Not very clean: sticky floors, bad smell, dirty dishes. Very warm (27 degrees) in the bedroom even with the AC from the living room on and door open. Quite expensive.

Great place to stay in Timisoara

Great location, close to the city center (via a pleasant walk through the beautiful Botanical Park), in a new building, and a well-organized, well-equipped apartment. We stayed for just one night, but based on how it's set up I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wishes to stay for longer, especially one-child families. Gate-guarded parking was very easy to use, and there was also plenty of room to park on the street in front of the building while we collected the keys from the keybox.

Cozy and mondern apartment with garage

The apartment is very spacious, modern, and nice. You also get a parking space in a garage (on an elevator space, so it might not be an option for very high SUVs). The apartment is new, the kitchen is well-equipped. I love the furniture and decorations. You collect keys from the key box, which is super convenient. Location is good - shopping mall is 5 mins walk, and downtown is 20 mins walk.

The only downside is that the bed in the bedroom is too soft for our taste.

Apartamentul este foarte murdar. Lenjerii pătate, praf, bateriile de la baie extrem de murdare, oglinzile stropite, ventilatorul din baie plin de praf și depuneri, dulapurile din apartament pline de urme. Un miros greu în tot apartamentul, ca și când s-ar fi fumat în interior. Comunicarea cu proprietarii inexistentă. Deși aveam loc de parcare asigurat, a trebuit să las mașina în stradă, deoarece telecomanda de la parcare lipsea din setul de chei. Am anunțat aceast lucru, dar nu am primit niciun răspuns din partea proprietarilor. Apartamentul este situat într-o zonă prin care trec trenuri din jumătate în jumătate de oră cel mult, inclusiv pe timpul nopții. Slabe șanse să te odihnești dacă nu închizi toate geamurile.

A fost cald în cameră TV smart, cu Netflix Livingul destul de spațios

Preț mult prea ridicat pentru ceea ce oferă!!! Nu este atât de dotat apartamentul precum este menționat pe booking. Nu recomand, sunt multe alte variante mai serioase acceptabile la preț, chiar și doar pentru o noapte. Un pat dublu și o canapea ne-extensibilă pentru 3 adulți. Curățenia a lipsit cu desăvârșire (nu am înțeles niciodată de ce menționează că au nevoie de timp pentru a pregăti apartamentul din ce moment când ajungi la fața locului este orice numai curat nu; ce anume se pregătește??!) Mai ales în baie, unde era așa totul sleit cumva, dușul chiuveta, etc iar produsele de toaletă au lăsat complet de dorit. (un săpun lichid albastru probabil cumpărat la refill din Metro, pus într-un recipient refolosibil, mi-a fost sincer greață) Aparatul de cafea a avut apă în rezervor dar 0 capsule, lucru care m-a deranjat rău.. Nicio sticlă de apă, nicio cafea, niciun plic de ceai… Măcar a avut multă mobilă spațiu de depozitare suficient 😳🙄 Nu recomand, sunt variante mult mai bune pentru 300 de lei/noapte.
