The apartment is large, very comfortable and well equiped, so you could feel like at home. The location is close to the city center (old town), just around 10 mins walking. Highly recommended!

Modern apartment right by the city center

The apartment is located a very short, ten minute walk from the city center. It was quite well equipped with a big screen TV, large fridge, electric stove top, oven, electric kettle for heating water, coffee machine, washing machine in the bathroom, shower cabin. The internet connection was also top notch, perfectly suitable for remote work. The beds in the rooms were nice and the couch was also good. The balcony is quite large and has a nice view. There's air conditioning in the living room and the hallway. There's a dedicated parking spot right next to the apartment building, so no need to worry about that. Our host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions that we had.

: Perfect Stay in the Heart of Timișoara I had an amazing stay at this apartment in the very center of Timișoara! The location could not be better, just steps away from the main squares, restaurants, cafes and all the city’s main attractions. It was so convenient to explore the city on foot and still be able to return to a quiet and comfortable place to relax. The apartment itself is spacious, modern, and spotless. Everything looks exactly like the photos, if not better. The bed was very comfortable, the living area cozy and the kitchen had everything I needed for a longer stay. I also really appreciated the small details, like fresh towels, toiletries and a coffee machine. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. He was very responsive, friendly and gave me great recommendations for places to eat and visit. It really made me feel welcome and at home. I also have to mention how quiet the apartment was despite being in such a central location, had no problem sleeping and resting after a day of exploring. Overall, this is the perfect place to stay if you want to experience Timișoara like a local but with all the comfort of a high-quality accommodation. I would absolutely recommend it and will definitely return on my next trip!

Savršen u svakom smislu!

Apartman je jako veliki, ima prelepu terasu i pogled na grad. U apartmanu ima sve od sadržaja sto vam je potrebno, mi smo bili u periodu praznika zimi, grejanje je odlicno, izolacija super ne cuje se nista spolja. Do glavne ulice u centru imate laganim hodom 10 minuta mozda i manje, u okolini zgrade imate manji trzni centar, prodavnice i sve je jako blizu. Ko dolazi kolima ima obezbeđen parking sto je veoma bitno. Nemamo nijednu zamerku, sigurno cemo se rado opet ovde vratiti. Covek sa kojim smo imali komunikaciju je predivan, na usluzi nam je bio bukvalno u svakom momentu.

Odličan smeštaj u centru

Apartman je na pešačkoj udaljenisti od centra (auto vam nije potreban za obilazak grada pa ga mozete ostaviti na obezbedjenom besplatnom parkingu) Sobe su velike i kreveti udobni. Sa domaćinom je lako komunicirati. Vratićemo se opet u ovaj smestaj!

Lepa lokacija ali nije zavidna higijena

Lokacija je super, blizu svega, i marketa i glavnih trgova.

Higijena nije bila na zavidnom nivou, smrad kanalizacije iz kupatila, nema tiganja, džezve, soli, ulja, nekih osnovnih stvari tako da naziv Lux nije baš na mestu.

A lakás szép és tágas, 5 percre a belvárostól.

A ház a vonat sínek mellett nagyon hangos nyitott ablaknál. A franciágyakhoz nem egyszemélyes szimpla, hanem dupla 2 személyes ágytakaró volt. Aki nem párként alszik lehet így kellemetlenebb.
