Started nice ended up in frustration and not enough sleep

Nice appartment, enough space and mostly clean. Good location.

Few dirty spots such as dirt and haris in the toolet. All neighbors know that if you ring door for this apartment building door is unlocked automatically. We ended up with neighbors ringing 4 times during the night at 2AM on return from parties and nightlife waking up kids to the point they could not sleep anymore.

Exceptional

Excellent apartment, nicely explained self check-in, garage parking spot included, the location is great - 10 minutes walk from the center. The apartment had absolutely everything modern + TV in every room. Generally, for the first trip to Romania I have only words of praise - people here are very kind and well meaning, they had their own style and I would say they’re very calm! All recommendations!

Good

The apartment was near the center, like 20 min of walking, you got a parking space underground, have a supermarket nearby.

The cleanness was 5/10, you can definitely tell that the apartment wasn't cleaned before we arrived. If would have been nice to provide also some pods for the dishwasher machine, some toilet papers( you got half of role of toilet paper for 5 persons 2 nights, so you definitely need to go to the supermarket to buy some if you want to avoid some awkward situation). Also the central heating system went out of pressure each morning, so you manually need to add back the pressure(I think this needs fixing, you cannot rely on the hosts to do that each day).

Superb

Appartment is new and modern. Free parking in the garage. Walk distance from the center. 3 huge TVs, nice and modern furniture, good large bathroom.

There are no pots in the kitchen at all, only few pans. Rather strange. They should put some pots, we have only one night stay, so it wasn't problem, but if you plan to stay longer, you should conntact the owner and request at least one pot for kitchen.

Schöne, große, geräumige Wohnung, nicht weit vom Zentrum entfernt. Wir haben uns richtig wohl gefühlt.

Acceptabil, dar cu probleme la curățenie, detalii și dotări.

Paturile au fost comfortabile, baia decenta, ustensile de bucătărie destule.

Cazarea a fost ok ca poziționare, însă întreținerea lasă de dorit: pereții și canapeaua erau deteriorate, plasma nu se putea folosi cum trebuie, suportul nefiind flexibil, încât să poți viziona de pe canapea, și nu era smart TV, decât în dormitoare. În plus, pe pereți am găsit păianjeni, urme de la fel și fel de insecte probabil, mânjiți chiar, iar produsele de baie aproape că lipseau cu desăvârșire. În apartament era aparat de cafea, însă pastilele erau cu totul diferite față de ce trebuia(noi fiind 3, se puteau lăsa măcar 3 pastile de cafea). Locuri de parcare nu prea erau(am așteptat sa elibereze cineva), iar faptul ca proprietarul nu mi-a răspuns la mesaj, deșii l-a văzut, m-a dezgustat cel mai mult. Decazarea se face la 11 maxim, însă de la 10:30, menajera a sunat la interfon si a cotrobăit după cheie, și la 11:00 la fel, a bătut în ușa- nu ni s-a permis o marja de timp nici măcar de 5 minute.

Jedina zamerka je bila parking. U dvorištu zgrade je bilo mnogo slobodnog parking mesta koje nismo mogli da koristimo pa smo morali da se snalazimo i tražimo parking.
