The location is excellent, just a short walk from both Iulius Mall and Unirii Square. We parked our car in the garage when we arrived on Friday, and didn't need to use it again until we left on Monday morning. The apartment was very quiet, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. After spending our days exploring the city and doing a lot of walking, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. One feature I particularly loved was the excellent window blinds. They blocked out the light very well, allowing us to sleep in comfortably and enjoy a restful night's sleep. We also appreciated the close proximity to the Kaufland store, which made it easy to pick up snacks and other essentials for the room.

The only minor issue we encountered was figuring out how to access the garage. Initially, I assumed the security guard would be located near the garage entrance and did not realize that the security desk was actually inside the building. Once I found the guard, he was extremely helpful and quickly assisted me with accessing the garage and locating the parking space assigned to the apartment. To make the arrival process even smoother for future guests, it may be helpful to provide more detailed parking instructions in the check-in message. For example, guests arriving by car could be advised to park temporarily outside the building, retrieve the garage remote from the lockbox which is by the apartment door, or visit the security desk inside the building for assistance. A few additional details would make the process much easier for first-time visitors.

We especially loved the comfortable beds. After full days of work, the comfy beds really made a difference. We managed to relax and recharge.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment in Timișoara. The place was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained. Its location is excellent—close to the city center and the mall, with a grocery store just around the corner, which made our stay even more convenient. The host was very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again on our next visit.

The location of the apartment is excellent and the place has potential, but our overall experience was disappointing, mainly due to multiple issues and a complete lack of communication from the host.

We reported several problems via Booking, their website, and WhatsApp, but never received any response. There were a number of functional issues: the roller blind in the bedroom did not work, the heating was not functioning (radiators were cold, and the outside temperature dropped to around 1°C at night), and out of two air conditioners, only one in the living room worked. The apartment was also not appropriately equipped — only large bath towels were provided, with no smaller ones, no coffee pot, kettle dirty, coffee machine provided but no coffee appropriate for it. Cleanliness was a major concern. The apartment was not properly cleaned, with visible dirt buildup in some areas and dust on surfaces, as if it hadn’t been cleaned for a while. Several light bulbs were missing, and there were no bedside lamps. While some smaller items were also missing, our main issue is the lack of communication. Even if the problems couldn’t be fixed immediately, a simple reply would have meant a lot, especially since we were traveling with two small children. Considering the price, we expected much better. We chose a more expensive apartment to ensure comfort, but unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations.
