It could have been cleaner — in one of the bedrooms the light didn’t work, and there were no bedside lamps in the rooms.

Great apartment near the center

The place is big enough for two families, everything is clean, matresses are cozy, it’s overall great apartment. It’s near the Iulius town shopping mall and about 10 minutes away from the center (on foot). There is parking space in the garage and in front of the building the parking is free, so that was great.

Everything was good. Just a small thing, the lamps in some rooms don’t work.

Clean and very comfortable

This was the perfect place for us to rest and recover after a few days of hiking. Great views of Timisoara. We enjoyed the clean and modern space, and also the warmth of the apartment - great for drying lots of washing.

Everything was great! It was clean and tidy, we had everything even coffe machine and coffe, sugar, tea. There was natural fresh flowers on table. In basment is big parking with cameras and security which was great! Lift is going from parking to all flors. Apartment has big balcony with view of center if town!

Zaporodicu sa decom odlican izbor

Apartman je cist, na super lokaciji, ina svoje parking mesto u garazi. Obezbedjenje na ulazu u zgradu. Toplo je jako, sve potrebno je u kuhinji, velika terasa, jedna soba sa dva bracna kreveta i druga soba sa krevetom za dvoje i plus dodatni krevet ( pomocbi na sklapanje)

Nema nista da nam se nije svidelo, mozda jedna sugestija, papuce za terasu i krpa za sudove

Čista 10-ka

Apartman perfektan, prostoran, topao, čist. Tarasa velika, prostire se čitavom dužinom stana, a obzirom da je 8. sprat u pitanju, pogled je fenomenalan. Uz apartman je obezbeđeno i parking mesto u garaži. Blizu centra je, na 10 minuta šetnje. Kad budem opet išao u Temišvar, znam gde ću odsesti :)

Lep vikend u Temišvaru

Stan je veoma prostran. Nalazi se na izuzetno dobroj lokaciji, na manje od deset minuta laganog hoda do samog centra - Trga ujedinjejna, koji se čak vidi i sa balkona, a sa balkona je vidljiv i Iulius mall, udaljen nekih 10-15 minuta hoda, dok je Kaufland odmah iza zgrade. Ima veliki i prostran balkon, veoma komotno kupatilo i dve spavaće sobe odlične veličine. Kreveti su bili udobni, posteljina čista i uredna. Velika prednost je rezervisano parkirno mesto u podrumu zgrade koje je takođe prostrano i do kog se lako stiže. Cela zgrada je uredna, ima tri lifta na jednom i tri na drugom kraju zgrade, a informacije koje se od vlasnika dobiju u vezi sa procesom prijave su jednostavne i jasne i samim tim apartman se lako pronalazi i u njega se lako ulazi. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena apartima. Dnevni boravak je komotan i udoban, a TV velikih dimenzija sa velikim izborom domaćih i stranih kanala je pun pogodak. Zgrada je u mirnom kvartu i osećali smo se bezbedno, posebno zbog činjenice da zgrada ima portira. Pribor za jelo je bio čist i uredan.

Za novce koje smo dali za dva noćenja očekivali smo da je prostor čist u potpunosti i da je opremljeniji. Bilo je ostataka paste za zube na pločicama u kupatilu, ostataka smeća od prethodnih gostiju u tušu (brijač), kao i vidljive prljavštine na odvodu sudopera, dok mašinu za pranje sudova nismo ni koristili s obzirom na to koliko je filter prljav. Aspirator u kuhinji postoji, ali ne radi. Nedostaju duboki tanjiri, nedostaju osnovne potrepštine koje ne padnu čoveku na pamet da mora da nosi od kuće (deterdžent za pranje veša, ulje, šećer, kafa, čaj...). Dobili smo po jedan veliki peškir, ali nedostaje bar jedan peškir za izlazak iz kade i bar jedan za ruke. Na svakom krevetu su bili peškiri, tako da smo mogli da iskoristimo ostale za ovo što je nedostajalo. Na bračnom krevetu smo imali jedan pokrivač koji nije dovoljan da se dve osobe pokriju, pa smo i to morali da koristimo sa drugog kreveta. Sve navedeno ne zahteva velika ulaganja domaćina, a popravilo bi utisak i te kako.
